How to unlock your phone.

You’ve found the perfect network and you’re ready to go. There’s just one little issue … your phone is locked by your old network. Damn! But wait, we have good news. It’s easy to say ‘bye bye’ to your old network and say ‘hello’ to your iD.

We don’t want you wasting your time, so get prepped in advance. You will need the following before you contact your old network:

  • Phone type
  • Phone number
  • IMEI (simply type *#06# into your phone and hit ‘call’ to find out your IMEI)

Vodafone

To unlock your phone from Vodafone, complete this ‘Request a Network Access Code (NAC)’ form or find more details about unlocking here.

Three

To unlock your phone from Three, complete this online form, sign into your Three account, or ask Three for it through their online live chat.

Meteor

To unlock your phone from Meteor, just follow these instructions.
