Your iD bill - top tips.

  • Register for MyiD so you can keep tabs on how you’re doing.
  • On MyiD you’ll find a full breakdown of how much data, minutes and texts you’ve used and how much you’ve left.
  • You’ll receive your bill the second week of every month, with payment taken approximately 14 days later. We’ll even send you a text when your bill is ready!
  • If you have a phone with iD, the monthly charge of your phone and any remaining balance will be referenced on your bill.
  • Your bill will tell you about any charges not included in your plan, like Add-ons or International calls.

Pro rata explained

  • Your billing period runs from the first day of each month to the last.
  • But not everyone joins iD on the 1st of the month. Nothing to worry about! You will only pay a proportion of your plan based on the date you joined iD. This is known as a pro rata amount. But you’ll still get your full bundle allowances to use. We’re good like that!
  • In your first full calendar month, you’ll get your full bundle allowance and be charged your full price plan amount. If you go over that, you will be charged “out of bundle” charges.
  • You are always billed a month in advance for your plan. Any out of bundle charges from the previous month will be included in this bill.
