Once your iD SIM is registered, give your iD Care Team a call on 089 700 1747 with the following information and we’ll have you up and running in no time.
You will need:
- 1. Your phone – turned on and working, with your current network SIM in place, as we will need to send you a validation PIN by SMS to confirm your number.
- 2. Your mobile number with your current network.
- 3. Your new iD SIM sitting beside you, waiting patiently to be activated.
- 4. Your temporary iD mobile number – you will receive this number in a confirmation email after you’ve registered your iD SIM.
- 5. Your account type with your current network – are you prepay or bill pay?
- 6. Your account number, if you’re on bill pay.
Please allow two hours for this process to be completed. If your current number is part of a multi-line account then the process may take up to eight hours.
